What is stash.fun?

stash.fun is a vault protocol on HyperEVM. Each vault is a self-custodied ERC-4626 smart contract that automatically opens and rebalances perpetual positions on Hyperliquid's 40+ markets — stocks, crypto, commodities, forex, and indices.

Think of it like a smart ETF: choose a basket strategy, deposit USDC, and earn PnL as the protocol keeps your target allocations in balance. Your USDC stays in a smart contract on HyperEVM — not with us.

How It Works

Pick a vault — Choose a thematic basket (Metals, Energy, Broad Market) or any user-created vault from the vault grid
Deposit USDC — Send USDC on HyperEVM and receive vault shares (ERC-20 tokens representing your stake)
Earn PnL — The executor opens perpetual positions matching the vault's target weights and rebalances when drift exceeds thresholds
Withdraw anytime — Redeem shares for USDC at any time; 10% of vault assets are kept as an on-chain reserve for instant withdrawals

Getting Started: Fund Your Wallet

stash.fun runs on HyperEVM, Hyperliquid's EVM chain. You'll need USDC on HyperEVM to deposit into vaults.

Easiest — Send USDC directly: HyperEVM supports native USDC via Circle CCTP. Send from Coinbase, MetaMask, or any major wallet — select "Hyperliquid" as the network. No third-party bridge, no wrapped tokens.

Cross-chain: CCTP supports 14+ chains natively. Or click the FUND WALLET button in the header to bridge from Arbitrum, Base, or Ethereum via LI.FI.

Manual option (via Hyperliquid L1):

2 Deposit USDC from Arbitrum to Hyperliquid

3 Transfer from "Perps" to "HyperEVM" or "Spot"

Security & Custody

Non-Custodial Smart Contracts

Your USDC is held in ERC-4626 vault contracts on HyperEVM — not by stash.fun. No one can withdraw your funds without redeeming your vault shares.

2-Day Timelock on Changes

All vault upgrades, fee changes, and governance actions are enforced through an OZ TimelockController with a 2-day minimum delay. No changes can take effect instantly — even the team must wait 48 hours.

Guardian: Pause-Only Role

The Guardian can pause deposits and withdrawals in an emergency. It cannot move funds, change the vault strategy, or bypass the Timelock — only pause and unpause.

10% On-Chain Reserve

Each vault keeps 10% of assets in USDC inside the contract at all times. This reserve covers instant withdrawal requests without touching active positions on Hyperliquid.

Exposure Limits & Circuit Breakers

The executor enforces max per-asset position sizes, hourly trade rate limits, and an automatic trading halt if drawdown exceeds the configured threshold.

Fees

Platform Fee	1.5% annually
Success Fee	15% of gains (above high-water mark)
Exit Fee	None — withdraw anytime at no cost
Vault Creation	$25 one-time (prevents spam)
Creator Share	50% of fees (for user-created vaults)

Success fees only apply when the vault exceeds its previous high-water mark — you never pay success fees on recovering from a loss. Comparable protocols charge 2% platform + 20% success (the "2 and 20" industry standard). stash.fun charges less on both.

Risk Disclosures

Alpha software. Contracts are unaudited. Use amounts you are prepared to lose entirely.
Perpetual futures risk. Vaults hold leveraged perpetual positions. All positions can lose value, including total loss of deposited funds.
Execution risk. The executor is a centralised off-chain service. If it goes offline, vaults may be unable to rebalance or process large withdrawals beyond the 10% reserve.
Bridging risk. Funds bridged to Hyperliquid L1 for trading are subject to Hyperliquid platform risk.
Smart contract risk. Despite best efforts, bugs may exist in unaudited code.
